WHY WE LOVE
Calcium (cal-ci-yum) supplements are one of our favorite “functional” foods – ie, providing 50% of your daily calcium requirements, Vitamin D, and Magnesium, while also satisfying your sweet tooth. Eat one in the morning and one at night.
Don’t overindulge, since it is a supplement, but feel free to have a chew (great in the freezer too!) in the morning and at night. Two pieces a day is all you need. Calcium is best absorbed in several doses.
