WHY WE LOVE
Certified organic, this cereal is a great way to pack in fiber early in the day. Each ½ cup serving provides 13 grams of fiber, which is more than 20% of your daily requirement. Also, Nature’s Path is a socially responsible company, which is important to us. They are a leader in the non-GMO movement and with their Gardens for Good Grant program, they help gardens grow in places that need them most. Also, all their products are organic, which means they are free of artificial preservatives, chemicals, and additives.

HOW TO USE
The toasted, sweet flavor pairs perfectly with a cup of yogurt and a handful of berries for breakfast or lunch. Or use as breading for chicken and fish, for a high-fiber, low-carbohydrate substitute for breadcrumbs.

WHERE TO BUY
Amazon.com, Nature’s Path Organic online store, Fairway Markets

Marilyn:

I was pleasantly surprised to find out how light this cereal is. Not dense like so many of those other fiber cereals. I put it in my yogurt in the morning for a great breakfast!!

Elizabeth Sinclaire:

I love how crunchy this cereal is! It is slightly sweet too. I love how low calorie it is and easy to use! Salads, parfaits, as a snack on its own. Definitely a new favorite as well.

Jen:

Saw this and it didn’t look too appetizing to me, so it took me over a month to finally get around to trying. Do not let the fiber name and even the appearance of the cereal dissuade you, this stuff is delicious! It stays crunchy even with lots of milk, and is surprisingly sweet. Great breakfast, will definitely be buying again when I run out (which will probably be pretty soon!).
