WHY WE LOVE
Most whole wheat pastas leave much to be desired. We’re so excited we discovered these amazing noodles made with chia grain. We originally fell in love with Al Dente’s Carba-Nada pasta because it packs 6 grams of fiber with only 18 grams of net carbs per serving. Imagine our excitement to discover their BonaChia line which is made with chia grain; twice the protein of any other seed or grain, 5 times the calcium of milk and more antioxidants than blueberries. Talk about a nutritional powerhouse! By the time you polish off the recommended 1 ½ cup serving size you won’t even think about reaching for the bread basket. The best part?
