Herbal Philosophy Feel Beautiful Tea Breakfast Porridge
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Turn off the water and add the teabags, allowing them to steep for 3 minutes. Remove the teabags and return the tea to a boil, reduce to a simmer and add the salt. Slowly stir in the oats, quinoa and millet and cook on medium low heat for 20-25 minutes until the porridge is thick and the grains have cooked through. Top with blueberries and almonds.
