Nu-Train's Recipe of the Week: Fruit Compote

2 package of frozen mixed berries 1 package of frozen cherries ½  tsp - 1 tbsp of cinnamon
  1. Place a medium pot on low heat on the stove
  2. Add frozen fruit and sprinkle cinnamon
  3. Leave to cook for approximately 30-45 minutes
  4. Cool before eating and place in a Glad tuperware container in the fridge
This goes great over yogurt or eaten plain Approximately 10 servings
