cooking a healthy dinner for my husband on the fly, yummm

After a speedy trip to whole foods I picked up 2 pieces of halibut, thai curry spice, asparagus, couscous, tomato, mozzarella, vino and of course our favorite dessert (home made ice cream sandos). Here's how you do it: The Fish Buy 4-6oz pieces of fish (per person) from the fish monger at whole foods Preheat oven to 350, rubadub 1 teaspoon of olive oil over fish throw several pinches of thai curry spice on top of the fish (avail at the fish counter at whole foods) bake in oven at 350 for 20 mins Le Couscous Buy Near East brand and follow the instructions (we had roasted garlic & olive oil - really good). NOTE TO CLEAN PLATE CLUBBERS: skip the couscous and go for a sweet potato the size of your fist. NOTE TO ALL:  if you're shooting for one carb for dinner or are planning on dessert - skip the couscous (see my plate, near) Asparagus Simple...add water to a pot and bring to a boil, do the thing where you break off the bottoms of the asparagus (of course) add asparagus to the boiling water for 1-minute (blanch) Ice Cream Sandos email for recipe -- I will decide if you're allowed :) The Finished Product IMG00270-20091002-1958
