Cascadian Farm Crunchy Granola Bar

Milk (Oats) & Honey Frozen Yogurt Breakfast Pops

Serves 6


  • 3 cups low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tablespoon raw Manuka honey
  • 2 Cascadian Farm Oats & Honey Crunchy Granola Bars
    (1 package) 


Place the granola bars in a re-sealable plastic bag and gently crush with the back of your knife, or the heel of your hand.  Set aside.  Place remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.  Pour into a bowl and stir in the crushed granola bar pieces.  Set 6 paper cups on a small baking sheet and divide the mixture evenly between then.  Place in the freezer for 15 minutes, then insert a popsicle stick into the center of each cup.  If the popsicle stick doesn’t stand up in the middle of the mixture by itself, let the mixture freeze for another 5-10 minutes and try again.  Then, freeze the mixture with the popsicle sticks for 3 hours until frozen.
