Justin's Honey Peanut Butter Banana Energy Bites

Makes 3 bites


  • 4 slices from 1 very ripe banana, mashed (About 1/8th of the banana)
  • 1 Justin’s 80 Calorie Honey Peanut Butter Squeeze Pack
  • ¾ tsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp old fashioned rolled oats such as Bob’s Red Mill or Quaker
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
  • 2 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tsp wheat germ
  • 1 Tbsp miniature chocolate chips


In a small bowl, mash the banana into a smooth paste.  Add the peanut butter, honey and vanilla.  In a larger bowl combine the oats, flaxseed, wheat germ and chocolate chips.  Stir to combine.  Fold in the wet ingredients and mix everything until combined.  Cover with plastic and chill in the refrigerator for one hour. Divide the mixture into 3 sections and roll each into a ball.  Roll in the toasted coconut and enjoy or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
