A Quick and Easy Meal at Home

Here's a quick way to make a healthy meal at home (from stuff that may be in your fridge/freezer right now) Grill a burger made from organic extra lean ground sirloin, melt cheese on top (pictured is parmesan) - sorry, no bun! Cut vegetables (red pepper, asparagus, mushrooms are pictured) and sprinkle a little olive oil, salt, and pepper on top, then grill. Serve and enjoy!
