Hi. I'm Heather Bauer -- Bestowed co-founder and registered dietitian. I always stress getting enough fiber in your diet because fiber is very important to health, digestion and weight loss. It keeps you full and satisfied and regulates your digestive system to keep you regular. But there’s no need to rush out and buy a chalky powder or supplement to increase your fiber intake.
