TIPS: Toast in a dry skillet over medium heat or on a baking sheet in the oven at 350° for a few minutes to bring out their natural flavors. Then add to pesto, top a kale salad or chop up and use as a garnish for steamed vegetables like brussels sprouts, asparagus or green beans.
